If You Think Education is Expensive Try Ignorance

If You Think Education is Expensive Try Ignorance Every day in the media we see articles about financial matters that are nothing more than the opinions of journalists and are entertaining at best. We rarely see anything of value or substance and many are plainly rubbish.

Unfortunately that’s all that most people depend on when making decisions that can have very significant implications for their financial future. Some seek further advice from friends or relatives who are usually equally uninformed and the rest, as they say, is history.

Nobody in their right mind would act this way when it comes to medical matters and you wouldn’t seek advice from an accountant on the mechanical condition of your car. It therefore seems strange that advice on financial matters is routinely sought from anyone and everyone as if they’re all highly qualified experts.

Think for a minute. If the advice given is bad, what difference will it make to those giving such advice? The answer of course is none whatsoever.

The silly part of all this is professional financial advisers must be licenced and comply with lots of rules and regulations before offering advice and yet the gang in the pub can and will give it to anyone freely at any time. A better alternative is to learn about wealth creation and do it yourself. That’s surprisingly simple.

At Share Star we specialise in providing you with adequate skills and techniques so that you’re never at the mercy of all the rubbish generally bandied about. If you think education is expensive, try ignorance!
